If the watch has a piece of an actual moon rock on it I’m sold no matter how the rest of watch looks like.
No moon rock ever recovered during the Apollo mission were ever sold to a private party, I highly doubt you'll have authentic moon dust anywhere. The closest thing you could have is moon meteorit.
I have recently bought an Apollo 11 40th. It's perfect,with the patch at 9 o' clock and on the back case.I have this, and a FOIS and 60th Anniversary.It doesn't matter how wonderful the 50th SS watch is,all this speculation is silly. I have all the Speedmasters I desire. Lucky me!!

Sounds good. I wish they show us the new Apollo 11 50th anniversary in steel today... Checking the Omega instagram and OF every 5 mins is just too much time consuming
