·For sale is a genuine Omega Speedmaster "Alaska Project" watch only on recently purchased Hodinkee black calf strap. **I am now also including a brand new Alaska Project NATO strap** (no other accessories), but I will ship the watch in an Omega red service case.
From the highly sought after limited edition of 1970 pieces and individually numbered. Guaranteed to be the genuine limited edition. Reference 311.32.42.30.04.001. Serials and LE #s have been intentionally blurred, but feel free to ask me for this information.
We are less than two years away from the 50th anniversary of the original Alaska Project development, so that could potentially bring some more exciting spotlight and attention to this edition.
Overall condition is very good with lightly polished case. Small ding on bezel, but can easily and cheaply be replaced.
No service history, but the watch is keeping excellent time and strong amplitude.
It's not easy to value box/papers on a model like this one, but I am pricing this ~50% lower than what is being asked for complete sets.
Asking a reduced $8,995 shipped via wire. Accepting various trade offers and located in NYC for inspection.
