Omega Speedmaster 38mm Durability

Hello all,
I don’t suppose anyone knows for definite whether the calibre 3330 uses a vertical clutch system?

I just bought a speedmaster 38mm (324.30.38.50.01.001) and want to leave the chrono hand running for the sweeping seconds hand effect. But apparently this is only advisable for a vertical clutch system?

There’s ALOT of conflicting info online about this for 3330, and even for the base calibre L688.2 (ETA A08.L01), as to whether it’s a horizontal coupling, vertical or oscillating pinion system.
I even contacted Omega UK direct retailer/service centre, they asked of their repairers who said its a vertical clutch.
And then I emailed Omega customer services on their website, they said it wouldnt deplete the power but it was horizontal....

Basically, on this model, can I keep the chrono running 24/7 as id like to, or say, about 10 hours a day while im wearing it? (I'd prefer 24/7)
And if so, will any of this cause any long term problems? So can I just leave it running for like 5 years until the service, and any 'extra worn parts' can just be replaced easily? (Also would it deplete the power more and affect the time accuracy at all?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you 😀

It is 100% not a vertical clutch. It is horizontally coupled the same way that ETA movement its based on is, the 7750.

It does have a column wheel instead of a cam...
