Hi there,

I haven't been able to find anything on here or online about this issue when I searched, so maybe I typed in the wrong keywords, but I thought I'd ask.

My watch's hour subdial has been doing something weird for the past week. Within a 24hr period or probably less, when the chronograph is not running, the hour hand will move to 2. If I reset the chronograph, the hour hand will jump back to 0, but by next morning when I go check, it will be back at 2. If I don't reset it, the hand will remain on 2 and not move any further either. Anyone have any experience on this?

Thanks

I've seen it before. It's a somewhat known issue with the 861 movement. It's related to the adjustment of the clutch that drives the hour counter. I believe it's know as "creeping hour register".

It happened to me once with a Speedy right after a service. I had to send it back and its was solved under warranty.
