Oh I would definitely have done that too... just had to check my dial slightly scared to find similar things. Luckily mine is fine.
Im not sure I’m seeing it... did we ever get confirmation as to why sent back?

··Pratts! Will I B******S!!!I guess I can understand the owner's feelings given how costly this piece is, but now it's not all original parts. I dunno, that would bother me more personally now that the dial has been replaced.
They made it day before yesterday, so would many really care? It could've been replaced after QC at the factory and you would never know.
In fact, I have it on good authority (mine) that every calibre 321 dial is replaced at the factory before shipment. That's why they are releasing so few - adds time to the manufacturing process.
