If we label the two upper sub-registers 'nipples,' shouldn't the 12 hour sub-register correspond to a different body part? Like male or female nuts and bolts.

Based on the fact that you either don't recognize or don't acknowledge that the watch you originally posted is heavily polished and has service hands for two sub-registers (not a bad thing if acknowledged), as well as are selling what appear to be Seamaster hands as Speedmaster hands, your reputation is rapidly disintegrating here.
