For sale is my Speedmaster -71 that was manufactured on December 6, 1972 (turning 50 soon) and delivered to the US. This watch would be a great candidate for anyone wanting to dabble into vintage Speedies. It's honest, serviced, and stepped dials give a lot of bang for your buck.

Watch was recently serviced (2022) with an astute attention to detail by OF's favorite Canadian watchmaker. I will send documentation to the buyer. Watch also comes with an extract of the archives. Watch runs as it should and the chronograph resets properly. Case has some innocuous scratches and marks from 50 years of honest use. Because I think it would be a sin to take it off its current strap, it will be included (NOStime olive green hanpu canvas/leather msrp $110).

Reference: 145.022-71
Movement: Cal. 861
Dial: Stepped dial runs through the hour markers and Speedmaster lettering has the long S and R
Markers: Great patina
Crystal: Hesalite with Omega logo
Bezel: Correct large font Tachymetre
Hands: Matching patina
Pushers/crown: Correct crown, replacement pushers (I believe)
Caseback: Proper “NASA” back

I’d like $5,500 net and can take wire or PayPal F&F. Shipping is free for the USA and can be arranged anywhere in the world at cost. I have plenty of selling/buying/trading feedback (Search Results for Query: wyo_watch | Omega Forums).

Photos are unedited and were taken on an older model iPhone. They are the best indication of condition and I have nothing to hide. If you’d like additional photos or have questions, just shoot me a pm. *Note: I am not going to open this watch to show the movement because of its documented service history, simply not worth it to you or me.
