Nah. As said, I didn’t win. I did ask about the engraving, but didn’t learn much about it. To my eyes, it’s pretty nicely done so it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest to own this piece, with the engraving. Alas, it didn’t happen. Next. 😉

I live in the US and I feel like my market has shrunk for the time being. And if I were in the market for a vintage Speedmaster I'd have to limit to sellers here in the States. Is that fair?

Speedmaster prices have dropped significantly in the past 5 years. Most of us are pretty well aware of the market, there are just different opinions. And when someone overpays, many members just like to be nice about it.
