Omega Southampton?

    Morning all,

    Some of you may have read my thread about my SMPC and it's crown deciding to part ways (http://omegaforums.net/threads/schoolboy-error.2970/) which I wont repeat here...but after a follow up call with the AD yesterday...they told me it has been sent to Omega in Southampton.

    Now, a quick search online brings up a wide range of experiences of this particular service facility...so i'm just wondering if anyone has any of their own to share? I've been told not to expect it back until 19th Feb...by which time Omega will have had the watch for longer than i've had it from new...so i'm hoping for good results! (And no thumbprints or dust under the crystal!)

    You should be fine, but if you have any issues call Omega in Bienne directly. They take the quality of their servicing very seriously and will try to help in any way they can.
