300 with the new Omega stainless mesh strap….enjoy
Very nice but that isn't what is normally known as a shark mesh bracelet. Any shark worth his salt would be straight through that and you'd lose your arm.

Wow! Does that look great! What bracelet is that?
Thanks! It's none other than the Omega stainless steel mesh of course!

PSA: I don't know whether it's common knowledge, but Omega boutiques will sell you the shark mesh extension piece 034ST01 even if you don't own the corresponding Ploprof. I bought one for $57 at the Orange County, CA store; wait time for the order was only a few days. I think the price compares favorably with what I see online from third party sources.

I was also told they would be able to order me a replacement clasp, and even a whole shark mesh bracelet to go with a new watch that normally doesn't come with it, like for example the NTTD Seamaster.

I’m glad we have a shark mesh thread but I’d love to expand this to Milanese too, since we have a lot of omega Milanese bracelet combos which are beautiful to look at.

Are there any pictures of an NTTD Seamaster on a shark mesh bracelet? The steel bracelet should add some heft to the watch; or does it feel weird? There is also a titanium shark mesh for a current production ploprof, innit? Any observations on titanium lug vs steel band wear?

That link shows the NTTD seamaster on its standard titanium mesh, not on a shark mesh.

Question: this older style mesh shark bracelet: challenging to remove once on? Looks like the coils can bury the ends of the spring bars.

From my experience, one side of coils does obstruct a good purchase on the collar of the spring bar, but the other side is left nice and exposed. Taking it off and on hasn’t been a problem.
