Figure on 1000usd plus shipping to get it there. I always seem to spend a grand every time one of mine is worked on. And it takes forever and a day.

Depends on the model and age of your watch. Different prices for mechanical/quartz and vintage/modern

Vintage Constellation quartz refurbished in Switzerland, $1000. Full service on automatic Speedmaster, $1000. Both in the last year or so. Switzerland work took 4 months. US repair and service took 2 months. They've had my new white 3861 2 months for warranty repair, it only ran less than a day on a full wind.
