Omega Service in DC area

Does anyone have a recommendation for servicing my Deville and Apnea in the DC area? The Deville is from the 60s and probably not worth sending to omega (unless you guys think otherwise). The Apnea didn't come with a warranty card. I understand from other threads that Omega will not service watches unless the were originally sold through an AD. I'm pretty new to all of this so I apologize in advance if I am operating under any misconceptions.
