·i actually think you might be right, the second hand seems quite long.
as far as i can see it normally stops at minute markers but i am not sure whether it differs but i can't find an example as yours - but i am not certain

·In addition to the second hand, either the hour/minute hands or the dial are replacements - the dial has lume, while the hands do not.
