Omega Seamster Pegasus Watch information.

Hi,
My brother has inherited this Omega Seamaster. We believe it is from Pegasus Mobil oil company. I believe the Arabic writing relates to Libya and perhaps it was a staff members watch.

We would really appreciate any information around it. He's not sure what we wants to do with it. Clean up, service etc. it was serviced last in 2019 we believe.
