Omega seamaster quartz pusher crown help

So I've recently purchased a omega seamaster day date quartz it was sold as non working but It turns out the battery spacer? If it should have one or it's got the wrong size battery in?. it wasn't making contact on the battery was only touching the plastic part of the spacers it's working now! It only came with a stem and the threaded part of the old crown on it .I've got a new stem but I'm trying to find a crown I believe it's what they call a pusher stem ? I purchased one and thought this would fit
nice Gap around the part where the case tube is but this is what I received now to me this looks completely different what do you think?? Also doesn't fit over the tube. So I'm looking for a little help finding the correct one. The case numbers are 196.0084
