Hi, please see the pictures attached of an older Omega I inherited and I need help IDing the model and finding a replacement bezel insert. I ordered a 37x31mm bezel insert but that was too big. Can anyone please help?

Thanks!

Hi pwilly,

did you try to search on the fleabay for "Omega Seamaster 200 Bezel insert"? There should be inserts also for the midszie quartz Version if the 37mm insert doesn't fit.

I am sure these are only aftermarket stuff but always better than running around without the insert. And gives you time to research on an original OEM one.

I used to have one of these, it is the midsize quartz as Pwilly says and bezel insets are readily available on eBay for around £15.

The same seller has 35x30 inserts for sale.
Probably your best bet as original Omega bezels are as rare as rocking horse shit.

This is the one I ordered off eBay and was too big, https://www.ebay.com/itm/172753547267?ul_noapp=true do you have any idea of what the actual size is then?
The ref for may mid size was 396.1042 which is what the bay seller quotes, It was a number of years ago that I had mine and I can't remember what the size was. The ref for the full size quartz is 396.1041perhaps he made a mistake in the listing, as Dennisthemenace says try the 35X30 they may do a swap.

Did you make any progress finding a new bezel/insert for your watch? I too am in the same predicament. I have the mid size 394.1042 in black/gold and want to find a fresh insert as the one I have is pretty scratched up.
