Omega seamaster possibley fake can you help

Hi folks

Omega seamaster all seems genuine

Until the movement which says 8 jewel 4563 but cannot find any details about it

Watch case has 1430 on it

I think the 4563 movement was a replacement for the 1430 when that was discontinued. Suspect it was replaced during a service at some point

As @Gav1967 noted, the movement is a modern replacement for the discontinued 1430, so not a fake watch.
If it had been serviced by Omega, they would have used that caliber.
