Omega Seamaster Polished Lugs. Is it too much ?

Guys,

I did buy Omega Seamaster to add to my collection. I do love the watch. I have been told then all 4 lugs were super lightly Polished. I had bad experiences with polishing in the past and I decided to look closely at those lugs.

Now i see that one lug is slightly higher than the other. At least it seems this way. I think it also might be the bracelet making it look that way.

I have spoken to one watchmaker and I've been told that it takes super long time on a machinery to make one lug smaller than the other. Like really long time. Anyone can relate ?

Now I almost see that one lug is slightly thinner then the other one dummy.gif

What do you guys think judging by photos ?

The slight difference in height could easily be the way that the end links are fitted to the watch head. The lugs all appear to be about the same thickness and do not look overpolished to me in these photos, but you're the one who has to wear the watch. .

One lug is going to look more polished just by wearing a watch. Wear the watch and tell me which one. 😉

If you don’t want lightly anything buy new.

Don’t see anything wrong.

(Looks and feels like are my pet peeves at the moment. It was 37C in Darwin today and it felt like 37C 📖)

can't see anything wrong with lugs. If I have to pick anything that is slightly skewed then it would be end link of bracelet (here I am trying to push your OCD to overdrive 😀).

Hate OCD 🤬 That's what I think regarding the end link that it is slightly skewed as you said.

Flip the bracelet around temporarily and see how the other end link looks.

Nothing to be concerned about from what I see. I am sure a blind man would be happy to see it!
