Omega Seamaster DeVille Automatic Turler Opinions Needed

I am trying to sort through some of the watches left to me by my late father. He was an Omega fan too. In his collection I came across this DeVille. White gold I think. I took it to my watchmaker and he could not open the caseback and did not want to force the issue, so it remains unopened.
I know I need the reference number but, in the mean time, please offer opinions on the watch. I can't find any pics with stick hands and this dial. I am not clear on the gold purity. Even with a loupe the touchmark is unclear. Value?

Looks fine.

Should be ref 165.008 housing caliber 711.

Lots of dial variations on these.

Any guess on the karat? to me it looks like a lady's head on the touchmark.

Most I've seen have been 18K, white gold is an extra plus.

Agree with the above - looks like a ref. 165.008 and dial looks fine to me. Interestingly, the calibre 711 is the thinnest automatic movement Omega has ever made. It also came in a chronometer version, named 712.
