I am concerned about that “g” in omega and the font of “Swiss made” but there are far greater experts than me here

Dial looks fine, however the case has seen lots of wear and polish, this would be a deal breaker for me.

Patinated (but original) dial and a polished case. Unless it was CHEAP it would be a big pass for me.

I’m thinking maybe going down another route then. What do I need to look out for specifically then? Also thanks for all the help!

P.S.

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/274465593471 This is what I was thinking. I contacted the seller, he got it out of a storage locker and doesn’t have the tool to remove it. With my very limited experience and vigourous googling the dial looks good and It seems legit.

Hey y’all! I’m looking to get my first vintage and I found this one. From what the seller has said, seems like the case is polished and dial is original but I’m still unsure if it’s legit or not. The movement looks good and legit but I’m struggling with the legitimacy of the dial.

In future posts, please post photos instead of (or in addition to, if you like) links. Links disappear and we lose the historical record, making the thread pretty useless down the road.

Good luck with your search 👍
