Fresh from service. Matching cal 1012.
Q: is the Cosmic 2000 the least collectible Omega?

I don't think so. They are an unusual design (tuna can in a bracelet) so I think every Omega collector should have at least one on their collection.

I kinda like them, but the one time I had one serviced the watchmaker struggled to get a gasket set to put the thing back together and that’s put me off ever since.

Far from the least collectible, there are pocket watches, 80s quartz gold-plated mediocrity and all sorts of other things that aren’t cool but these with a Cal 1012 are great watches and the predecessor to the modern Aqua Terra

Lovely watches!
Perfect allrounders - suit/jacket or sporty stuff!

Enjoy!

They do have a 70s quartz looking vibe.
They’re tough enough, not scratch magnets. Cal 1012 is ok I guess. Time will tell (pun intended)

And I’m allergic to quartz.
