Omega Seamaster Chrono ref. 2594.52.00 Crown and Stem

Hello everyone, I need to replace the crown and stem on my Seamaster Chrono, but I haven't been able to locate one. Any recommendation on where to look?

I was able to find the crown in eBay, but I was wrong with the stem, I don't need that one, what I need is the tube. Do you happen to know the part number on that one?
