    Hi again.

    Just picked up this Omega Seamaster with the cal 710, believe this watch is from the mid 60's and in 18k.. is anyone familiar with the cal 710?? Seems real thin and keeps good time. I put this new croc band on it and seems to complement the watch well.

    Cool inscription too!

    As you’ve noted, the cal 710 was the thinnest automatic movement Omega had made. Nice find!

    Thanks. a caliber that doesn't get talked about a lot, I believe the 700 series movements were short lived..anyways this movement is dead on balls accurate..

    Yeah, pretty cool. Got it from my buddy who owns a pawn shop.. often wonder the story behind the watch it obviously was special to someone and sad they had to sell

    I like the inscription too. Some people see it as negative but I (if it is not too big) like to see it as an interesting part of the story of the watch.
