I vote for no redial but actually, in my opinion, this is negligible due to the poor condition. If you are considering buying the watch, skip it. This model is not that rare. You will find better ones there.
D dra43bAre you referring to the dirt on the dial, in that it is not clear white anymore?
We are trying to figure out why it doesn’t look right- it may simply be that it’s just not a good looking watch.
I don’t know much about Omega- but I once owned a couple - and it’s a clear redial to me.
from the top of my head the Omega logo looks too inky, usually the letters have very fine serifs not visible here , “seamaster” also too inky- with the shape of the S too crooked.
Finally, the whiteness of the dial is completely at odds with the condition of the movement (disgusting corrosion)- which is one of the tell tale signs of a redial.
I would not even remotely consider a purchase.
D dra43bSame here. Btw, isn't OMEGA too close to the logo?

That’s not always a tell- I have a waffle dial where the OMEGA sits close to the logo and it’s very much real.
but the new pics are clearer than the first one- I agree with @Syrte it’s a redial- and I stick to my former statement- it’s just not attractive.
