This Omega 2782 bumper achieved over £3000 with fees. Is it the Seamaster dial that gets the strong money or the bracelet? Or is this the going rate for a nice example?

I can see it is similar to a 7077 but is that split clasp considered correct for Speedmasters?

 

Hmm, a 2782 is of course a Connie, so it has the wrong dial to start with. It looks like the split clasp 7077 caught someone's eye to me. Shame there are no fitted end links and I wonder how many double-stretch links that bracelet has left?

There were 5 stretch links included. I couldn’t believe the price achieved

 

But the one in the auction is only a Seamaster dial. No Constellation or Chronometer on it. But mouvement is Chronometer and Caseback has the Constellation Observatory.
