Everybody has to pay a 'noob tax', this was yours.
Indeed you are not alone, my first Omega was a redial, and I overpaid. BUT, I still wear it on occasion and enjoy it for the same reason I bought it…I liked it.
That said, after what I’ve learned since, I’ll never sell it, and if I give it away, I’ll be very clear about what it is and what it’s worth…simple enjoyment of wearing only, nothing of monetary value.
Don’t feel bad, just chalk it up as tuition, and dive back in to the books. Stick around here for awhile and enjoy the community and all it has to offer with its collective knowledge and experience. Your future additions to your collection will undoubtedly be more betterer 😉

edit: That said, if you can return as “Not as described” that’s the best option.

One thing I have learned on this forum is there seems to be an opinion that every dial has been refinished. It certainly may have been on this one.
The closest dial I could find for the this model watch is 064TT0013007

The tone looks different, along with the lume application and printing.

Dial from the watch in this thread:

Post says returns accepted. Doesn’t say you need a reason. Just make sure it has tracking and insurance in case he pulls something (claiming Watch missing)
