Dial and hands on your example have some condition issues and I personally don't think the MEISTER dial adds any value.

The damage on the rim of the dial is pretty much text book water damage. Looks like it was flooded at some point; movement probably saved in time or swapped.

Case has most definitely been polished/refinished.

路Looking at the dial and hands, i would go with the assumption the movement has been swapped. An EoA would help in this case to confirm the movement.
