I was planning on offering $250-$300

I think that’s a bit low. Especially if it’s an elderly person who’s trusting you to offer fair value.

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well. I am trying to buy a watch from an older gentleman. He seems genuine but can’t tell me much about the watch as he suffers from dementia. The only thing I have thus far is a picture of the watch. I kindly ask all of you for your opinion. Is this real or a replica? He also have a omega that I posted about. I really don’t want to get ripped off.
Also, what is the year and reference number?
Thank you all in advance.

Location is everything, were it to pop up here in NZ your 450 would equate to about $NZ 720 here which would still be a good price to buy at.

In US dollars, how much is it worth. Your thoughts?

I already said I think 450 is cheap for the stainless steel version but right for gold plate, private sale.
