Great watch!

Without box and papers and not having a service history, plus the grime issues, you could probably get somewhere between 800 and 1000 USD on eBay or the like.

To sell it here you’d need 250 posts.

I don’t think it’s worth much more than you have paid for it. A service by Omega would at least give it a service box and warranty card (and a good clean and polish) but you will then still probably only break even.
