Without box and papers and not having a service history, plus the grime issues, you could probably get somewhere between 800 and 1000 USD on eBay or the like.
To sell it here you’d need 250 posts.

·I don’t think it’s worth much more than you have paid for it. A service by Omega would at least give it a service box and warranty card (and a good clean and polish) but you will then still probably only break even.
