Pics of the movement? Caseback? Inside of the caseback? Have you done any research yourself to form any opinions? If so, what are your thoughts?
So far, I don't see any reason to say it's not authentic, but photos of the back and inside will be needed to say if it's correct. In terms of condition, obviously the lume is not attractive and the case is noticeably polished.
Looks like watchco bezel/Dial/Hands, and I don’t see T Swiss Made T at 6, but it could be hiding under the tensioning ring?
No that's why I am wondering. There is no "swiss made" at the bottom. But i have seen some dial without "swiss made" print. As for the lume, there is moisture which would indicate that it's been underwater. Also when we look closely at the back we can see it's been serviced in 66. The dial is not one of a watchCo, this i am sure. As for the back and the movement, they are as follow.
If you have the movement out can we not see a full dial shot. I don't think there is a luminova Big T service dial? Is it Tritium?
i don't think the dial is real, because the big triangle normally is biggen than the minute markers (on the base) also the sloppy name print also the ending of the open 6and9 looks off
Here is the photo of the dial. The index react to light only when exposed in the dark, so it seems that it is tritium and not luminova. Also, the serial number of the 552 movement is 25608..., so it seems it's a 1967 watch, consistent with the years of the Big Triangle seamaster 300. Also, the watch has its original bracelet. This is a bit confusing, i must say. Maybe is it a service dial?
Apparently the same question arose 5 years ago https://omegaforums.net/threads/question-regarding-my-seamaster-300.3760/
