·Welcome! I don't think anyone could really evaluate the dial with those pics, but I do not believe this one is genuine, based on the case markings. However the real experts will be along at some point.

Biggest giveaway is the markings on the back, on a genuine Omega this type of marking would be on the inside of the case.
