Hi at all experts, I`ve seen a Omega Seamaster 176.007 with blue dial at a local watchmakers shop for sale with no price tag. I really would like to hear your opinion if this is really a rare chrono? And what price range should I expect? This is the one I`m talking about: I know its not the best picture and it`s not exactly this one the one in discussion have a light blue Tachymetre scale. Easiest way would be to ask the seller but he is in holiday and I cant hold me back gathering information about this beauty

Hard to get the right endlinks for the bracelet. Uncle Seiko make a nice after market alternative.
lemania cal1040. the 1st automatic chrono of omega. yes price range 2k-3k. some thought the dial design could be of 176-001. i might be wrong.
Thanks for linking to the right posts within this forum! I dig through all that information but was not able to find one 1040 reference with blue dial and white subdial on 6 o`clock with light blue tachymetre scale. Would this be a legit reference or some kind of franken?
I am no expert but my first thought was that the watch does not match any factory original combination.
I would have expected a white inner bezel (never seen a Deci Scale on this one too). But that doesnt mean its incorrect
They come in white, blue, and yellow, according the the dial. Normal variations are available, so tachymeter, decimal, pulsometer, telemeter.
It’s difficult to tell, but does the inner deci scale look slightly off centre to anyone else? Must confess I haven’t seen one of these before - though I have seen a white pulsometer scale on other “sunburst” .007s.
