For sale today a app. 1973 Seamaster 166.0167. This model is a relatively large (36mm without crown) vintage model with a stylish, tonneau-shaped design. The stainless steel case has a bold and solid upper body with an integrated polished bezel, whilst the substantial rounded sides and lugs (18mm) have a brushed, satin finish. The silvered dial has a sunburst, satin finish and there are applied baton indexes with black inserts and matching baton hands. Powered by the automatic Omega calibre 1012, the movement has a multi-functioning crown to allow quick date change. When the crown is pulled out to its first position, the date can be moved forwards or backwards; pulling the crown out to its second position allows the hands to be set and also activates the hack feature which stops the seconds hand allowing easy synchronisation – pressing the crown back to the case immediately re-starts the seconds hand.

This watch is fitted with a original black alligator strap.

The watch is in working order at the point of listing and dispatch. However, service history is unknown.

    Price:

    EUR 850

Stick hands, unusual case, 1012 movement, are my guess.
