There is no pic on the inner case. Otherwise I would know the ref I guess 😉

Maybe left out intentionally then? 😀 I suspect that this one is recased with a non-Omega case but dial looks nice.

The only thing, I'm curious about, is why the regulator moves from neutral to minus a lot, when the movement holder is off..... Creative marriage of unrelated parts could be a description. Non period correct non omega Case is my guess. Often seen from eastern Europe watchmakers after WW2 without access to correct parts..... movement case screws do not fit to this case, so: make a movement holder.thats why there is no back picture.
