As mentioned earlier the case is wrong for this type of watch. I would also advise to start your own thread on the forum rather than take over this one.

·The center seconds Ranchero would be reference 2996-1. It's less common than the small seconds version (2990-1) but, as Bumper said, your dial is in the wrong case (looks like a 2667 maybe).

I eventually bought the watch, it's amazing and really enjoyable.
Do you know which type of crown is correct for 2990-1 Rancheros? I've read that bowler-hat Omega logo type should be the crown to aim but cannot find the reference.

My Ranchero has a bowler-hat crown but with newer Omega logo, not with the one you can find on the dial of the watch.
I wonder if the correct crown is bowler with vintage Omega logo. Idk where to source one, on Cousins.uk is “Restricted by manufacturer”, as you pics suggest.

You can not get a correct new one. You have to source one from a donor watch from the same time.
