Omega quartz blue dial

·I did a quick Google search for the reference (191.0167) which is on the inside of the caseback. From your pics the case looks legit, also the 1365 movement, but I did not find a blue dial. Which does not mean it is a fantasy dial, but to me it looks like it did not belong to this watch when it left the factory.
Maybe you find one if you do a detailed search in Google,

·That was my fault, I took it all apart and didn’t straighten it. That photo is really bad, the reflection makes it look a lot worse than it is. The colour is consistent across the whole dial.

·There is more to this than just the color, which for starters isn’t great. Look at the poor spacing between the minute marks.

·Haha I guess you’re not a fan. I like the colour, I assume it was meant to be an attempt at the Omega Tiffany blue. I understand the dial isn’t a great standard but it’s a cheap watch. For what I paid the fact that it’s a genuine case and movement is good so I’m happy enough.

·Certainly a redial. The original OMEGA sign and QUARTZ should be printed in gold color. Here is an example (minus the patina) of the original dial,
