·Just received this watch from my dad. Apparently it was bought in 1908 in Venezuela for my great grandmother.
I brought it to a watch guy and he says it’s 18K with 15 jewels. Everything seems to be in working order, It runs fast (7mins for 24hrs).
I can’t seem to find any similar watches on the web, lots of variation out there so maybe it was custom made? Or are the watches made and the cases are made to order? There isn't a seconds dial similar to other "Grand Prix 1900s" watches I have found. I have no idea what to do with something like this.
I’m based in Vancouver Canada if anyone has thoughts or more information.
