Recently i was told there is a Suverän ref. more than the ref. 2400 !!!!!

I can not get it confirmed in the Omega book or the online archive. Its ref. 2425 a center second version of the ref. 2400

Kaplans are normally very accurate in their descriptions:

So if it is true i am missing a lot in my Suverän collection 😀

Is there any one who have info on this ref. 2425?

Bringing up this thread again. I have a black Omega that according to the serial# is made in 1944. It has a blank back and the dial looks a bit different from the Suverän's earlier in this thread. For instance, it has no circle on the inner side of the second marks. It has a Ω on the crown. Anybody could tell about the value of it? It works, but need a little adjusting to keep time.

The dial layout is the same. If you google the reference or check in the Omega museum research area you may find your colour dial as an option.
Turler was added because they were the retailer who sold that watch (and many others I'm sure).

It certainly looks the same to me. However, I thought the suveran watches were made specifically for the Swedish market and have Swedish markings on the case back, or "omega suveran", or were marked on the dial with officer. If they don't have either or both then surely it is a ref. 2383-6 which is also a nice watch but not a suveran.
Or am I looking at this the wrong way round ?

So I guess the fact it's not a suveran will mean it's not as valuable except as a parts watch.
If the movement is ok and you could buy it for less than £200 and get it serviced it would make a nice addition to your collection.
