Omega new addition...

Hi,
Just added this little beauty to my Omega family.
It's in a smaller 31mm case but really like it.
I think it's a R17.8 cal with a 10.45 million serial movement non magnetic dial. It doesn't have a case reference anywhere.

Yes it is a nice watch. It dates to 1944.

Always interesting to see a rectangular movement in a round watch! Quite the reminder that round watches were "the odd ones out" in the 1940s.

Nice example

the Center sweep were less common and the early examples were nickel finished.

R17.8SC 17j circa 1943 with correct crown, (cal 310)
