·Hello guys,
I just purchased a 3876.50 from a good friend, he bought in 2014 and almost never worn it.
So the watch is close to be still new.
Now, I'm completely lost about how to correctly set both the date and the Moonphase correctly.
The user manual is really really light.
So I checked on various websites and went for this method:
1) set the hour on 6:30 to avoid the dead zone
2) set the moon on full moon
3) then push the button to set the moon for as many days as there are between today and the last full moon, minus one day
3) set the date minus one day
4) turn the hands until passing the day manually and setting the time correctly
While I was doing that, I realized that while the date was passing at midnight, the moon wasn't.
The moon jumped around noon instead.
I don't know if it's how Omega intended it or if the date and the moon are desynchronized and if they are, how can I synchronize them again ?
Thank you very much!
