Mr Dealux
·Dear everyone,
I’d appreciate some help identifying a few details on this Omega ref. 2900-5 with Cal. 267,
The watch has a black Arabic numeral dial with sub-seconds and luminous hands/markers.
My main questions are:
I’m not assuming the dial is original or refinished either way - I’m specifically trying to avoid making conclusions without evidence.
Any catalogue references, period examples or photos would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

My main questions are:
- Is the absence - or very low visibility - of “SWISS / SWISS MADE” at 6 o’clock necessarily a concern on this reference, or are original examples known where the text sits very low under the rehaut/crystal edge?
- Does anyone recognize this exact hour/minute hand set as an original Omega style used on the 2900 series?
- Have you seen an original 2900-5 with a similar black full-Arabic dial configuration?
