Wondering how much I should expect to pay for a used omega speedy racing or moon watch (with original boxes, manuals and papers) 42mm or 44mm case size? Just a general range. New to this so any guidance is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Have you checked out the "for sale" section of this forum? Also, Chrono24, Crown & Caliber, etc will give you a general idea of what you should be paying for what you are looking for.
