Well that's no fun. Need to know the movement to get the hole sizes and the length as best as you can measure.
It’s a 267 cal.
The minute hand full length is 13,5mm or from the centre hole 11,5mm.
The hour hand full length is 10mm or from the centre hole 8mm. Not sure which set of measurements are normally used so I got both.
I actually still have the original hour hand for the watch, but assume getting both would look better for the watch.

You can get generic hands to fit from Esslinger in the US... you need 1.40mm hole for hour hand and 0.75mm hole for minute hand. Those hole sizes don't come in a set, but getting two sets and using what you need isn't that expensive, really.

I think it's measured from the center because the tail is meaningless, really.

They have sets of 11 and 9, so you should be able to make up what you need.

Thank you! I've checked the website too but can't seem to find the set with correct hole size. Will it fit if there is little discrepancy? For example this one is a bit bigger for the minute hand hole here https://www.esslinger.com/watch-han...ole-size-80mm-and-hour-hand-hole-size-1-40mm/

Oh sorry don't mind that. I noticed you already mentioned about getting two separate sets 😀

Hole size is not the most important thing as this can be made larger with broaching

I’m aware this thread is over a year old, but since there were doubts about luminous example of 50s Genèves I was asked by a fellow member to add pictures of an example I got today, to add some proof to the pool of knowledge. It’s the only topic I found searching for lume and 2903, so I hope this isn’t considered highjacking the thread. Also: bear with me, it’s still in “as found” condition, eg a little rough, but I have no doubts about originality:

And here are some close-ups through the scratched plexi. The radium plots have a color I’d consider realistic and it seems to have aged evenly on the markers and in the hands:

They’re indeed minute, but recognizable. Still, the majority of these came as non-luminous, of course.

The doubts - or at least mine - were specifically related to those examples with gold cases.

Got you. Alrighty - in this case, ignore my post and just consider it as doubtful eye candy. 😁

Nothing doubtful about your example, other than the replacement crown. The dial and hands look original, and very nice! 👍

P.S. - when I said gold dial furniture in my previous post, I should have said gold cases, as even the SS cased versions had gold indexes.
