Hello friends,

what do you think about this watch? To me the dial looks repainted. The seller tells it is all original and 100% unpolished?

best wishes

With dial damage this bad, I’m not even sure if the originality of the dial is of much importance anymore…

What happened to the minute tick on 12?

Pictures with a better resolution would help.

Dial looks original. Case could be unpolished, but could use a gentle wipe.

Even if seller is correct, condition is still not very good.

Whats the case? Gold or gold filled?

Based on dial condition and missing 12 minute index. Grind the price down.

You may want to ask the vendor how they know it has never been never been polished because it is quite a claim. Unless of course they have owned it since new....

While you're absolutely right, I'd first think about where this might lead. Yes, it's likely the seller hasn't owned it since new. If you're interested in buying it, what's the purpose of embarassing him though.

Exactly. Listings like this are so absurd.
