Omega Extract of the Archives and US?

I was looking into getting an Omega Extract of the Archives and noted the following:

ORDER AN EXTRACT
Important: The “Extract of the Archives” is only available in English.
US Customers: Extract of the Archives currently not available.

Point one noted. No problem there, but point two piqued my curiosity, why would the EotA not be available to US customers? 👎

Its not available online. But you can still order one the old fashioned way via mail. Very odd, but I recently received one this way. You must have patience though 😀
