Omega Deville Cal.860

Hello beautiful people,

I've stumbled on a regional ad that says a Deville chronograph with the Cal. 860 is up for sale in my region.
I just wanted to ask: did this watch exist with a blue dial ?
If it did, would anyone make a rough guess about market value for these ? I've looked them up quickly but the only info I've found is that Omega made approx. 10k 860 movements and that there were 5 dial configurations (I do not know if blue is amongst them however). I imagine the 860 is a bicompax version of the 861, so is it difficult to service it or find parts ? I imagine it would share a lot with the cal 861.

Thanks greatly for any help, and if you have any links that could educate me I'm all ears !

Here's my 861 - I always assumed that it started another color and turned blue; I have seen one other like this. It's more blue in natural light.

Unfortunately I have just one that is teeerrible quality, but I've asked for more. I'll upload them when I recieve them. Upon a bit of digging, turns out it looks like a 145.017 with a blue dial, which looks original but the pictures are just too bad. It's kind of crazy that I cannot find any that have been sold in the past!

Thanks for filling in! It looks cool, a rich color. I'm unsure about how it would look on my wrist (36mm usually look tiny on me), but if the price is good I'll have no choice ...

Dials came in blue, silver and black for the 1450017.

Thanks Al - I have also owned a white. Do you recall if any of the dials show still available? No need to look again if you don't remember

Nope - all say to return the dial for restoration...

Just to answer the nice people that responded, here is the best pic I recieved of the watch. Dial colour looks great but the edge of it looks a bit tarnished. I'm going to pay the guy a visit to know for sure.

The extract is a nice thing to have and can provide additional details on your watch (country and date of delivery, etc). As far as I know, the Omega 860 was only used in the 145.017, so I don’t think there’s much risk that it’s from another watch. I have owned a couple 145.017s with 860 movements that didn’t have serial numbers on the bridge.
