Omega de ville cal 1337

Please can someone help me i have an omega de ville quartz cal 1336 year 1977 black face.
This was my father in laws watch who passed away a few years ago. I would like to get this working for my wife as she mentioned she wanted to wear it.
I have replaced the battery but still nothing, seems very clean inside. I was looking to try and source a 1336 quartz movement or equivalent or anything that will work.
Someone please help me!!!!
