De ville cal. 1332

Got this de ville with cal. 1332 couple weeks ago. Problem is, when the battery is inserted, the watch starts and ticks 4 times faster for a minute and stops. Seller said that he changed the circuit board from a donor cal. 1337 and the watch started to act like this afterwards. It was gorgeous and cheap so i took the risk. How fixable is this?

Also, the watch worked for another couple minutes randomly last week when i wasn't at home. (minute hand changed)
