Omega De Ville 1387, purchased early 1980's

My wife received watch in 1983, now not working, initially it looked like winder was damaged. Took it to local watch repairer, he said winder is actually a push button, he said cannot get spares any more and it needs to be sent to Omega Switzerland for repair. Can I get a movement for it anywhere?

Looks corroded, cheapest bet would be look for a running one on ebay and swap that in. Switzerland will cost way more than it's worth
