Thank you very very much. I was trying to figure out the reference number and couldn't find it anywhere on Google. I'll reply with better pictures as soon as I can. Very glad to know it's real. The case is basically two tone. Bezel and lugs are gold and the inner circle on the back. Looks like it used to be an observatory, but it's been smoothed by someone wearing it.
Hello. Welcome from quite close to you if you live in Segovia, Spain, like your pseudo suggests!
To make a better photo, if you have an iPhone, try the “magnifier” app, which is installed by default. There is an equivalent on Android too. Make sure Qyou nail the focus and use good natural lighting but trying to avoid reflections on the crystal. Not quite simple!
What is needed to assess?
- pics of all the text (omega chronometer etc.)
- pics of the text constellation. For the text, ensure you move the hands so they don’t cover any of it
- pics of some minute marks and ideally also indices as there seem to be some lume
- pics of the hands
- sides/crown to round it up.
It has a thicker layer of gold than gold plate but isn’t a solid gold case.
Just try to get the dial and case back in focus

lousy- why do you hold the watch in your hand?![]()
"Honestamente" what do you expect from us to judge franken/redial or not? rule 5: Black dials are a mines-field.
You have a nice black gloss piepan dial with some slight degradation. Condition is pretty good, almost excellent. Crown and seconds hand look to have been replaced and the case back and bezel especially are over polished which is a shame.
Still a great watch though due to the dial.
$180 for a black dialed, pie-pan Constellation is a fantastic deal. Probably worth about 8-10 times as much.
Dial looks correct though it may be a bit spotted. Case is worn as you noticed and the crown needs to be replaced.
